WARRANTY CONDITIONS

  • Creative Credit product warranty is subject to the following conditions:

    1. This warranty extends only to products distributed and/or sold by Creative Credit.

    2. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

    3. The minimum warranty period is the length of the loan.

    4. This warranty covers only normal use of the product. Creative Credit shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from:

    • Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping or installation
    • Disasters such as fire, flood, power surges/imbalances lightning or improper electric current.
    • Service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized Creative Credit technician
    • Damages incurred through irresponsible use, including those resulting from viruses or spyware, overclocking, or other non-recommended practices.

    5. Creative Credit warrants its product and its parts against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for a period of (Length of Loan) on parts from the original purchase date. During this period, Creative Group of Companies will repair or replace defective parts with new parts without charge to you.

    6. No warranty extension will be granted for any replacement part(s) furnished to the purchaser in fulfillment of this warranty.

    7. Creative Credit accepts no responsibility for any software programs, data or information stored on any media or any parts of any products returned for repair.

    8. Creative Credit is not responsible for loss of data or time, even with hardware failure. Customers are responsible for backing up any data for their own protection.

    9. Creative Credit does not offer technical support for any software including installed Operating System or other programs. Technical support should be pursued through channels offered by the software’s individual tech support

    10. Creative Credit return policy does not include opened software, parts, or products specifically ordered for you.

  • IF YOUR PRODUCT IS FAULTY

    If you think your product is faulty please send it to our Head office or to any of our branches located near your area. During the course of the product’s warranty, Creative will repair the product at no charge using new parts in line with the warranty conditions stated in this document. A proof of purchase/invoice must accompany the faulty product. For products that require spare parts please allow 4-6 weeks for repairs to be carried out.
